[Tutor's Journal_02] You must have your own tutor in charge.

These days, I’m mainly tutoring on Engoo.com. Engoo is a good platform to practice English. However, since students don’t have their own tutor in charge and have to learn from different tutors, it is quite hard to correct any bad habits such as wrong pronunciations. For bad habits in speaking, it is necessary to get the correct feedback repeatedly.
However, on Engoo, tutors may not point out common mistakes for Koreans such as the difference between /f/ and /p/ sound, because it is too hard to fix in 25 minutes of a class. I may try, but I have not been succeeded.
If someone asks me “Is learning from the same tutor a better way to study English?” Then I would say, “Yes.”
In spite of all the cons, I think learning from different tutors on Engoo could be still good for intermediate students. I hope you can find the best and right way to study English!
