3일동안 학생평가서 자동생성 시스템을 구축했다. 스피킹 테스트 수업 결과와 월말평가를 할수있는 시스템을 각각 구축했다. 만드는 과정은 매우 좋았고 즐거운 프로젝트였다. 관리자분께서 요청하셔서 시작되었는데 기존의 월말평가 시스템 대신에 우리가 실제로 사용할수있는 시스템을 원하셨다. 

지금 시스템은 

1. 너무나 많은 양의 글을 써야하고 

2. 쓰는 항목도 단점과 강점뿐이라 학생의 상태를 점검하는 것에도 효과적이지 못하기 때문이다. 

나또한 학생평가를 위한 이런 시스템 구축을 필요로 하고있었다. 난 정보 시스템 구축을 정말 좋아한다. 이 경우도 마찬가지 였는데 정말 흥분되서 잠을 지새울 정도로 즐거운 작업이었다. 시스템이 많은 선생님들의 시간과 에너지를 효율적으로 쓸 수 있게 해줄 것이라고 믿는다. 

이 시스템의 장점은

1. 문장을 선택하기만 하면 자동으로 리포트가 생성됨. 타이핑도 가능하지만 굳이 타이핑 할 필요가 없음.

2. 카톡으로 보기좋게 핸드폰 화면에 최적화된 화면비율과 디자인.

구글폼 에드온 Form Publisher을 썼기 때문에 시스템 자체를 만드는 것은 별일 아니었는데, 디자인이나 선생님 코멘트를 쓴다던지 학생들 레벨을 정의하는 것이 다소 어려웠다. 이번 프로젝트로 인해 내가 얼마나 IT를 사랑하는지 알게되었고 TOEFL을 끝낸 후에는 더욱더 IT에 전문화 되고 싶다. 가슴이 뛴다.

For 3 days, I have been building report auto-generate system. This applies to speaking test result and monthly report also. It has been great and it was also interesting project. This started this project by my manager's request. She wanted monthly report system which we can actually write on. 

The system we currently have 

1. requires too much work and writing and 

2, not so much effective to evaluate student's performance. Only weakness and strength fields exist.

I have been also wanted this system because I wanted to evaluate my student's current status and other teachers too. I like to build info system. This case was also one of them. It's such a exciting job. It always thrills me. I hope the system could be used by many other teachers and save their time and energy for checking student's level and capability.

The new system...

1. auto-generates report by only selecting sentences. You can type but not necessarily required.

2. It is optimized for generating image report with a perfect image ratio for KaKaoTalk Messenger.

I used Google Form add-on, Form Publisher. So it was not big deal to build and to understand the system itself. But it was just hard to design visually and to write teacher's comment and define student's level. With this project, I could feel my passion for IT again and how much I love IT. I would like to be more specialized in IT after I finish TOEFL. My heart pounded with excitement.
